Happy Halloween folks. It’s times like this, when I have not prepared a costume, that I wish I still had this ‘old tutu’ mask. I’m pretty sure it melted to an unrecognizable glob in a dusty old banker box somewhere in the house. Oh wellz. Anyway, since I’m probably not going to dress up this year, I thought I would share these old photos of me and my brother, with his bad-ass mask and super stylish hat! Have a safe one this year! Trick or Treat!

Gigantic UPS to Hawaiian battle MC, Everybody Knows (Kamehameha Alumni - Chee). This past weekend he made it to the semi-finals at Scribble Jam in Cincinnati, Ohio. Scribble Jam is an annual hip hop music festival, which has been called “America’s Largest Hip Hop Festival.” The festival was founded in 1996 by Fat Nick, Founder of Scribble Magazine.
Scribble Jams most notable battle mc is grammy award winning rapper Eminem, who back in 1997 also made it to the semi-finals where he was “discovered” by Dr. Dre. Another notable winner is Rhymefest (who won in 2003), he co-wrote “Jesus Walks” with Kanye West, also a grammy award winner.

If you’ve ever met Everybody Knows (EK for short), you’ll notice his infectious high energy, he’s very articulate and a complete wise-ass….which combines for an ultimate battle mc. Yeah Keiki! Can’t wait to see the footy!
… I was looking forward to a weekend of Metal Gear Solid 4, but that came to a screeching hault since a utility pole blew up and crashed on our building early this morning. Our poor neighbor’s car got smashed!!! Oh wellz… see it on KGMB 9 News at 5 p.m. tonight.
Dunk Exchange tomorrow! Cop some gear from LRG, Chunk and Ape, Flip the Bird, APB, Active, Supra, In4mation, etc. At the Ho Lounge. 1-5pm.
Then go to the UH football game and watch Hawaii kick Nevada’s ass.
The Wooster Collective announced that the mysterious “Village Pet Store And Charcoal Grill” in New York City that opened October 5, 2008 is Banksy’s latest installation. The animatronic pets in the store window include a mother hen watching over her baby chicken mcnuggets as they peck at a barbecue sauce packet, and a rabbit putting makeup on in a mirror.
